I know it ruins the joke to have it explained ;-) .. but I've ran into several jokes with "THIS IS TALLINN!!!" over the last few days.
Is there any way I could ever understand, without having seen The 300? :-D
You can just watch the trailer on YouTube and get the point... basically there's a scene in the film where the main character pushes an ambassador down a well, screaming "This! Is! Spar! Taaaa!".
