The Peipsi rim has a lot of people growing onions, and obviously fishing in the lake. Both of these are being actively sold by the side of the Tartu-Narva road. Can't speak with authority about the onions, but the smoked fish is delicious and cheap.
Ahem. As always, Antyx really doesn't have too much of knowledge when it comes to Estonian cultural scenes. Well, the thing with rapping is that Rakvere, the 'capital' of that region there, has in Estonian terms a rather notable hip-hop scene. As an example try Def Räädu for instace. As simple as that.
